ADPL Season Launch

The Australian Dodgeball Premier League (ADPL) launches its inaugural season this evening at Aqualink Box Hill in Melbourne, Victoria. 

It’s an exciting time at the DFA, as we look forward to the introduction of the new domestic structure, from grassroots through to the our national teams, the Australian Dodgeroos.

Each of the 96 matches throughout the 2016 will be filmed, giving coaches and the public the opportunity to watch and access each players form and playing traits during the campaign.

The first ADPL season in Victoria will run from September – December, 2016. Next year, the season is scheduled to commence in March, with a longer season forthcoming throughout the year.

The objective is to expand the competition across Australia, with each state / conference to eventually have its own version of the ADPL.
